Whitney is a native Utahan. After growing up in Park City, she continued her study of beauty and form by getting a BA in Art History from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. From there she began doing public relations work in Los Angeles, but Park City drew her back home to the mountains. During her 10 years in real estate, her work has ranged from Short Sales to Bank Owned Properties, golf course communities and collaborating with luxury builders. Whitney is interested in more than the homes and businesses of Park City: she is also passionate about the community as a whole, serving the people of Park City in a wide variety of capacities, including being a board member of the Park City Institute and KPCW (the local radio station). Whitney and her husband welcomed Blythe their first child in 2014 and they are loving the chance to share the joy of this community and its surroundings with their new daughter.

Henderson Development

Henderson Development began developing multi-family apartments and condominiums in Northern CA in 1995.  The company expanded to include infill development projects in areas of Utah undergoing revitalization and transformation.  The family owned company has also had success developing high-end condominium residences and single-family luxury homes focused on enhanced livability.

Henderson Development establishes a unique team for each project and involves the whole team in every step from initial design to selling the final product.  By assembling the whole team together before the development starts it builds significant value for the buyer.  The assembled team represents over 50 years of development experience and hundreds of homes built.

The Henderson family has been living and developing in Utah for eleven years and pays special attention to how people work, play and live in the mountains, and this is reflected in our thoughtful design, organization, and choice of products and finishes.  Park City is an outdoor community with a wide array of sports and activities as well as world-class art and entertainment.  The team working on Roundabout spent a great deal of time considering the benefits and challenges of living in the center of a busy resort town.  We believe we have created a unique set of residences that offer optimized access to mountain living, without sacrificing privacy, outdoor space, parking or storage.
